Wait, so let me explain the mood thing. Ive heard that St. Johns Wort is taken to improve mood. And other stuff. Its usually in pill form though/
On a cautionary note: St John's wort is used, in Chinese medicine, to relieve depression - BUT - the Chinese recognise two different types of depression. One, known as 'cold', is where the sufferer has no energy, is empty. This type can be helped by St John's wort. The other, 'hot', is the result of anger imploding and, while the sypmtoms look the same at first sight, is actually a quite highly charged state. St John's wort will make this type of depression worse.
