Is it safe to take pills for people 18+ if you're younger?

Hello. I got St. John's wort [300mg] which promotes a positive mood. I'm 13 and I weigh 110.6 and I'm 5foot. On the bottle it says "not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. keep out of reach of children". Is it safe for me to take? if so, how much?

No it's not safe! It wouldn't tell you not to use it under 18 if it was safe. Leave it alone your a child.
