I've been taking glucosamine chondroitin w/MSM & collagen for 2 weeks and my hip is...?

...worse. Should I continue?
I've heard you should give it a month to take effect. I don't know if my increased pain is just the natural course of the arthritis or is caused in some way by the glucosamine. I am having no other side effects.
